8. Conditions to be followed by the broadcasting organization or person broadcasting the program
The broadcasting organization or person receiving the license and permit shall comply with the following conditions while broadcasting the program under Rule 9 :
(a) While broadcasting or distributing the program, the consent of the concerned broadcasting organization, person or their official distributor should be obtained, but it is not necessary to obtain consent in the case of a channel which is distributed free of charge. Not to be sold to any other person or organization or to transfer the rights in any other way, (c) not to broadcast or distribute any other program except the program mentioned in the license and permit, (c1 ) When broadcasting television based on the system of distributing programs directly to consumers through cable or satellite, the studio and technology should be used according to the standards set by the ministry by publishing notices in the Nepal Gazette, (c2) Broadcasting center based on digital technology When installing and distributing signals to other individuals or organized organizations, they can distribute only to licensed individuals or organized organizations that broadcast programs through cable in accordance with this regulation, (c3) Broadcasting based on digital technology established by other individuals or organized organizations. (G) In case of using someone's personal house compound or public land or road, electric pole etc. while broadcasting or distributing the program, an agreement should be made with the concerned person or agency.
(G1) The signal shall be equally provided to the licensed or licensed person or organization requesting the signal of the paid channel,

(j2) In accordance with clause (a) and clause (c) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4, a licensed person, or an organized body, shall provide C.A.S./S.M.S. Every month's report should be submitted to the Ministry, and technical audit should also be conducted annually
(J3) O.T.T. License to operateA person or organization must publish its rules, privacy policy, user agreement for accessing or using the broadcaster's computer resources,

(j5) Online television licensed to broadcast through the Internet must obtain permission according to this regulation before broadcasting television programs through other distribution systems, (j6) Television licensed by the state government. To broadcast the program in Nepal through the national level distribution system, permission should be obtained from the Ministry,
(j7) O.T.T. A person licensed to operate or an organized organization should put details including the name and contact number of the Grievance Hearing Officer on its website and the Grievance Hearing Officer should address the complaint received within thirty days from the date of receipt of the complaint,
(Jh8) O.T.T. The person or organization licensed to operate shall keep records of the materials they have broadcast for a period of at least sixty days and shall make available such records if the ministry or any other government agency requests such records during the course of investigation or investigation, Conditions to be followed.
